Carrots: Sunlight and Sweetness, Preserved

From the Gangetic plains of Uttar Pradesh to your soup pot in twelve minutes, this is what a real dehydrated carrot looks like.

The Gangetic plains produce some of the sweetest carrots in the country. They are deep orange, high in beta-carotene, and full of natural sugar that concentrates beautifully when dehydrated.

Our slices are dried slowly to keep the sweetness and colour without turning them leathery. A short soak returns them to something remarkably close to fresh, ready for pulao, halwa, soups, or a quick snack.

Kids love them dry as a chewy pantry snack. Adults tend to hoard them for winter stews. Either way, no waste, no cold chain, no compromise.
